Supported Applications
The Dwyer Series LPTK Gas Pressure Test Kit is designed for testing LP and natural gas lines and controls. The kit's gage indicates if proper pressure is present or if a leak exists.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The series measures gas pressure with an accuracy of ±3% FS across four distinct ranges: 0 to 15 in w.c. and 0 to 8.6 oz/in²; 0 to 32 in w.c. and 0 to 18.5 oz/in²; 0 to 4 kPa and 0 to 40 mbar; or 0 to 8 kPa and 0 to 80 mbar. The pressure limit is rated at 110% of range. Operating temperature limits are -40 to 150°F (-40 to 65°C). Wetted materials include brass for the gage and rubber for the hose.
Configuration Options
The Series LPTK is offered in four models (LPTK-01, LPTK-02, LPTK-03, LPTK-04) corresponding to specific measurement ranges. Each kit includes a gage housed in steel with a black finish and a polycarbonate lens. The unit measures 2-1/2" (63 mm) overall.
Process connections include 1/8" NPT and brass hose barb fittings. Standard accessories provided are:
- Rubber hose, 36" (91.4 cm)
- Rubber tube nipple
- Abs plastic case for durability and safe handling
The complete kit weighs 1.75 lb (0.8 kg).
Key Product Differences
Variation within the series is defined by the measurement range selected:
- LPTK-01: 0 to 15 in w.c. and 0 to 8.6 oz/in²
- LPTK-02: 0 to 32 in w.c. and 0 to 18.5 oz/in²
- LPTK-03: 0 to 4 kPa and 0 to 40 mbar
- LPTK-04: 0 to 8 kPa and 0 to 80 mbar
