Operating Conditions & Performance
The series delivers an accuracy of ±0.08% BSL (combined linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability) across measurement ranges from 0-10 inH₂O to 0-1000 psi (0-25 mbar to 0-70 bar). The device operates within an ambient temperature range of -18 to 66°C (0 to 150°F), with a storage temperature capability from -40 to 82°C (-40 to 180°F).
Performance specifications include:
- Thermal Effects: Zero balance and span setting drift of ±1% span for ranges 10 inH₂O to 1 psi; ±0.5% span for ranges greater than 1 psi.
- Long Term Stability: ±0.1% FS typical over one year.

Analog Output & Power
The analog output is independently scalable via software selection or jumper settings. Available signals include:
- 0 to 5 Vdc (requires external power)
- 0 to 10 Vdc (requires external power)
- 4 to 20 mA (requires external 24 Vdc power supply)
The unit is powered by one included 3.6V lithium C cell battery with an 8.4 Ah capacity, providing up to 9 months of typical life.
Wireless & Connectivity Options
A wireless transmitter option (suffix "-W") sends readings to a remote location and includes charting and data logging software. Wireless models are restricted by transmission frequency regulations for use in the US, Canada, and Europe only. Compatible receivers include:
- UWTC-REC1: 48-channel wireless receiver, USB powered.
- UWTC-REC2: 48-channel wireless receiver with analog output.
- UWTC-REC2-D: 48-channel wireless receiver with analog output and digital display.
A USB connection is provided for set-up only; the included cable facilitates configuration via software. The front panel includes functions to manually toggle backlighting, recall minimum/maximum values, zero the display, or clear min/max records.
Key Product Differences
The series distinguishes between standard models and those equipped with a wireless transmitter option. Standard model numbers follow the format DPG409-DWU (e.g., DPG409-1KDWU). Wireless variants add the suffix "-W" to the base model number (e.g., DPG409-1KDWU-W) and include two batteries instead of one.
Ordering requires specifying the analog output signal type: "V1" for 0 to 5 Vdc, "V2" for 0 to 10 Vdc, or "MA" for 4 to 20 mA. The enclosure finish is brushed 316 stainless steel with an ABS center gasket.
