The Omega PX2650 series consists of bidirectional, differential low-pressure transducers designed to sense differential or gage (static) pressure and convert it into a proportional high-level analog output. Operating Conditions & Performance

The PX2650 series utilizes capacitive sensors to measure differential pressure across unidirectional ranges from 0 to 100 inH2O and bidirectional (±) ranges up to ±50 inH2O. Accuracy is specified as ±1% BFSL at constant temperature, which includes linearity, repeatability, and hysteresis. Typical performance characteristics include a linearity of ±0.98% full scale, hysteresis of 0.1% full scale (typical), and repeatability of ±0.05% full scale.

Thermal effects are rated at ±0.06%/°C (±0.033%/°F) within the compensated temperature range of -18 to 65°C (0 to 149°F). The series is designed for use with air or similar non-conducting gases and features a proof pressure rating of ±1 psi across all ranges.

Configuration Options

The PX2650 series offers configurable measurement ranges covering both unidirectional (D) and bidirectional (B) differential pressures. Available output signals are set to 5 Vdc with a span tolerance of ±50 mV, while the zero offset is set to ±50 mV.

• Process Connections: Pressure ports utilize a ⅜" OD pressure fitting compatible with ¼" tubing.
• Electrical Interface: The series uses screw terminals for connection, accepting an unregulated excitation voltage of 9 to 30 Vdc. Output impedance is less than 100 Ω.
