Two distinct mounting styles address different installation requirements:
- Type ADF (Fixed Locking Cap): Features a unique locking fitting designed to mount permanently to equipment.
- Type ADR (Removable Locking Cap): Includes a removable locking fitting and requires a BTA adapter. This style is intended for installations under insulation or scenarios where the locking cap must be removed from the probe assembly.
A critical operational constraint documented for this series is that these probes cannot be immersed in liquids.
