Operating Conditions & Performance

The series is rated for operation at pressures up to 145 PSI (1000 kPa) and process temperatures up to 140°F (60°C). Accuracy across the FLK-2201 to FLK-2224 models is specified as ± 4% Full Scale. The meters utilize clear acrylic bodies with brass fittings, valves, and silicon O-rings for elastomers.

Flow ranges documented in the series specifications include:

• Air (SCFH): .2 - 2 SCFH through 25 - 200 SCFH
• Air (LPM): .1 - 1 LPM through 10 - 100 LPM
• Water (SCCM): 6 - 60 SCCM, 16 - 160 SCCM, and 25 - 250 SCCM

Floating elements are available in black agate or stainless steel.

Critical Installation Constraints

• Fluid Compatibility: Do not use hazardous fluids; the meter is designed for non-hazardous applications only.
• Cleaning Restrictions: Solvents must not be used to clean the meter as they will attack the acrylic and destroy the unit.
• Torque Limits: Inlet/outlet fittings must be torqued to 60 in-lbs maximum. Mounting inserts (10-32UNF) require slotted screws torqued to a maximum of 35 in-lbs.
