Supported Applications

The Dwyer Series LTTJ Adjustable Current Transformers are designed for monitoring the current flowing to a load. These devices provide an electrical signal suitable for both low and high impedance circuits, enabling scalable integration into control systems.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The series offers fixed measurement ranges from 0 to 10 Amps through 0 to 100 Amps in single-step increments. Adjustable range options are available for 10 to 30 Amps and 30 to 50 Amps applications. The device outputs a signal calibrated to 10 VDC at the rated current or provides adjustable voltage ranges of 5 to 10 VDC depending on the model configuration.

Configuration Options

The Series LTTJ is available in multiple configurations defined by measurement range and output type. The series supports mounting on most Dwyer Series LTP Solid State Relays for convenient wiring.

• Fixed Range Models: Calibrated to 10 VDC at specific current ratings including 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, and 100 Amps.
• Adjustable Range Models: Configurable for 10 to 30 Amps or 30 to 50 Amps with selectable output types.
• Output Signals: Options include 0 to 10 VDC, 5 to 10 VDC, LED Output, and NPN Transistor Output.

Key Product Differences

Differentiation within the series is based on current rating calibration and output signal technology.

• LTTJ-010 through LTTJ-100: Fixed-range transformers calibrated to 10 VDC at their respective Amp ratings (e.g., LTTJ-010 for 10 Amps, LTTJ-100 for 100 Amps).
• LTTJ-103 and LTTJ-305: Adjustable range models providing a 5 to 10 VDC output.
• LTTJ-305I: An adjustable model (30 to 50 Amps) featuring an LED Output for visual confirmation that current is flowing through the device.
• LTTJ-103S and LTTJ-305S: Adjustable range models configured with NPN Transistor Outputs.
