Supported Applications
The ACI Series ATL is an analog current/voltage to four adjustable SPDT relays interface. It accepts an analog input signal (voltage or current) and controls four independent relays, each with a trip point set by a multi-turn potentiometer. Documented applications include level indication, digital output expansion, alarms, staging, and sequencing.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The series operates on 24 VAC (+/- 10%), 50/60 Hz or 22-28 VDC power supplies with a maximum supply current of 180 mA. It accepts input signals in the following ranges: 0 to 12 VDC @ 10MΩ, 0 to 24 VDC @ 20,000Ω, and 0-20 mA @ 500Ω.
Relay outputs are four SPDT Form 'C' contacts rated for 2A @ 24 VDC or 0.5A @ 240 VAC. The relay electrical life is specified at 100,000 operations @ 1A, with a mechanical life of 10,000,000 operations.
Deadband options vary by model version and signal type:
- 3% Version (Standard): 0.33 VDC for 0-12 VDC signals; 0.66 VDC for 0-24 VDC signals; 0.66 mA for 0-20 mA signals.
- 10% Version: 1.0 VDC for 0-12 VDC signals; 2.0 VDC for 0-24 VDC signals; 2.0 mA for 0-20 mA signals.
The device is designed for an operating temperature range of 35 to 120°F (1.7 to 48.9°C) and a humidity range of 10 to 95% non-condensing. Storage temperatures are rated from -20 to 150°F (-28.9 to 65.5°C).
Configuration Options
The Series ATL is configured for snap track mounting in a Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) housing with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Electrical connections utilize 45° captive screw terminal blocks compatible with wire sizes from 12 AWG (3.31 mm²) to 22 AWG (0.33 mm²). The recommended torque for the terminal block is 0.5 Nm minimum and 0.6 Nm maximum.

The unit features status LEDs for relay activation and is field-calibratable. Factory calibration is available upon request.
