FLOATING POINT INPUT (90 SEC), PRESSURE

Converts floating point control to pneumatic output: PTS4.1 modules convert digital increase/decrease signals into proportional pneumatic pressure for pneumatic actuators.
Selectable pressure ranges: Jumper-selectable outputs support 0-10 psig, 5-15 psig, or 0-15 psig to match common pneumatic damper and valve actuator requirements.
Closed-loop pressure control: Onboard microprocessor and solid-state pressure transducer help maintain the last commanded branch line pressure.
Ideal for HVAC pneumatic control: Useful for pneumatic damper motor control, pneumatic valve actuator control, compressor staging, and electric control of pneumatic actuators.
Smooth output resolution: Full-scale pressure change occurs in 90 seconds with 255 steps of resolution for controlled pneumatic positioning.
Flexible input compatibility: Accepts relay contact closures, transistor outputs, or triac inputs without additional accessories.
Power-loss pressure behavior: On power failure, both valves close to shut off main air and branch line bleed, helping hold branch pressure if the line does not leak.
Optional gauge model: PTS4.1G includes gauge capability for local branch pressure indication during setup and service.
Panel-friendly installation: Snaptrack mounting, 90° pluggable screw terminals, removable brass fittings, and 1/4" OD poly tubing compatibility simplify installation.
