Supported Applications
The Dwyer Series DCS/RDCS Springless Diaphragm Valves are designed for use with Series DCT1000 and DCT500 duct collection timer boards. These pulse valves provide durability and reliability for cleaning pulses in dust collection systems and bag houses. The series features a 90° angle between inlet and outlet, suitable for pulse valve applications.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The Series DCS/RDCS operates within an ambient temperature range of -4 to 140°F (-20 to 60°C) and a process temperature range of -4 to 185°F (-20 to 85°C). The valves are rated for pressures from a minimum of 4.4 psi (0.3 bar) to a maximum of 124.7 psi (8.6 bar). Media compatibility is specified as compatible gases, filtered and oil free.
Performance characteristics include quick on & off response time. The DCS models feature an enclosure rating of NEMA 4X (IP65).

Configuration Options
The series is offered in two primary construction types: DCS with an integrated coil and RDCS with a remote coil. Both configurations are available across three sizes (3/4", 1", and 1-1/2") and feature either NPT or coupling process connections.
Construction & Connection Options
- Series DCS: Integrated coil configuration with DIN connector. Available in 'T' (NPT) and 'C' (Coupling) connection styles.
- Series RDCS: Remote coil configuration. Available in 'T' (NPT) and 'C' (Coupling) connection styles.
Voltage Options for DCS Models
The integrated coil models support the following voltage configurations via DIN connector:
- 1D: 110 VAC
- 2D: 220 VAC
- 3D: 24 VDC
Materials & Approvals
The valve body is constructed of aluminum. Wetted materials include a thermoplastic polyurethane diaphragm disc and NBR solenoid seals. The series carries CE approval.
Key Product Differences
Differences between the DCS and RDCS families are defined by coil integration and dimensional profiles. The 'T' Series models utilize female threaded (NPT) connections, while the 'C' Series utilizes coupling connections. Both series maintain a 90° angle orientation.
Replacement Parts & Accessories
