Supported Applications
The Dwyer Series DL12 LCD Pressure Data Logger is designed to measure and record pressure with real-time on-screen graphing capabilities. The series supports both absolute (psia) and gauge (psig) pressure measurements, providing instant remote readings via a large back-lit dot-matrix display.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The Series DL12 operates within an ambient temperature range of 68 to 140°F (-20 to +60°C) and humidity levels from 0 to 95%RH non-condensing. The device features a calibrated accuracy of 2% FSR, with typical performance at 77°F (25°C) reaching 0.25%. Measurement ranges span from 0 to 30 psia/g up to 0 to 5000 psia.
Resolution varies by range: 0.002 psi for the 30 psi model, 0.005 psi for 100 psi, 0.02 psi for 300 psi, 0.05 psi for 500 and 1000 psi models, and 0.2 psi for the 5000 psi range. The internal memory stores up to 262,143 readings with a configurable wrap function. Reading rates are programmable from one reading every 2 seconds to once every 24 hours.
Power is supplied by six user-replaceable alkaline AA batteries or an optional AC adapter (7-24 VDC). Battery life is typically 60 days with continuous screen use and extends to 360 days when the display is off. For 230 VAC operation, the specified supply is part # T35-9-100R-3 manufactured by ENG Electric.
