What torque should be used to secure the nut and ensure proper O-ring compression?
There has not been a torque value established as a specification to recommend. The nut should be torqued down to a snug degree without pushing the o ring out too far out the edges or too flat. You can send an email to temp@dyeromega.com to see if more information can be provided.

What is the maximum process pressure?
