Les débitmètres des séries FL-3000 et FL-3100 sont conçus pour les applications impliquant des fluides corrosifs ou ultra-purs. Les débitmètres sont équipés de vannes à pointeau en PTFE intégrées avec des joints toriques en PCTFE, en verre borosilicaté, en saphir et en perfluoroélastomère.
La conception spéciale de l'échelle, où une ligne verticale s'étend sur toute la longueur de l'échelle et croise les divisions horizontales, réduit la parallaxe et la fatigue oculaire, garantissant ainsi des lectures de précision. Le bouclier avant en résine polycarbonate agit également comme une loupe, ce qui rend ces débitmètres à section variable beaucoup plus faciles à lire que les modèles industriels standard.

For the included valve, can you provide a flow coefficient (i.e. pressure drop for a given flow) for the wide open condition? The data sheet lists 1 psid at 0.2 gpm for an "Accessory" PTFE valve, but is this the same as default included valve?
Thank you for your inquiry about the rotameters. Please send an email to the Flow Group at flow@omega.com and can provide the pressure loss for a specific rotameter you are interested since it varies with the media type.

These flow meters used to mount with 2 small screws in the back , now they dont have the threaded holes
The PTFE rotameters do not have 2 small screws, only the holes to thread or mount the rotameter.

What is the float material for the PTFE Variable Area Flow Meter model FL-3000 or FL-3100?
