Great adhesive and quick heatup!
I bought this for a project at our company, and it does exactly what it was intended for. The adhesive sticks to what is desired very easily, and it does not want to peel off, even with lots of heat cycling. The heaters also seem to get up to temp fairly quickly. So these heaters are excellent if you want good heating times!

Silicone is a no no in a vacuum chamber
We used these Kapton heaters all over our space simulation chamber but due to the recent addition of the silicone strain relief we have to go somewhere else.

Great heater strips
I've been using these heater strips for quite a few years and have been completely satisfied. Easy to use, the adhesion is great, haven't had any failures.

KHLVA-101-5-P we are planning to use this heater in our designing , Here by I have some query regrading the heater 1) what is the minimum input voltage and maximum input voltage required to drive this heater
is that possible to drive the heater with PWM input?

1. Does the Polyimide Flexible heater p/n KHLVA-101-10-P use the same adhesive backing as the SA1-RTD? 2. What is the projected lifetime of the adhesive? 3. Is a conductive epoxy recommended in addition to the pressure sensitive adhesive?
The two adhesives are not the same but similar. The life of the adhesive depends on the environment in which they are used. If they do not exceed the rated temperature and there are no contamination, in theory, the adhesive should last a very long time. No data to provide. You can also use a thermally conductive epoxy for additional adhesion.

About KHLVA Series, Rectangular, 28Volts, input voltage is 28V according to the spec. Are these heater available for DC volts? which range is 26.5Vdc to 32Vdc.
Thank you for your inquiry. DC Voltage is acceptable. 28VDC is the maximum voltage supply that can be applied.

Dear Team, We are planned to KHLVA-101-5-P in our designs ,If I give 24PWM and 0.153A to Heater, what will be the heat generated at heater side? is there any graphs related to current VS Heat generate ?? Requesting you to helps us on this !
Thank you for the inquiry. We do not have a way to calculate heating power in watts when a pulse driven solid state relay is used. If you apply a DC voltage at constant level then the power law and Ohm's Law can be used to calculate heating power in watts.
Best regards

Does the heater have a polarity specification or can it be wired in any direction?
Thank you for your inquiry. The KHLVA-205/10 is an AC load. There is no polarity when connecting an AC load.
