Excellent value, does what was advertised
Easy to use logger, software provided on a CD.
Pros very easy to use program, small unit, Omega's service is excellent
Cons, the usb cover on one unit split just from putting it on, but I think it's more for looks than protection. If you don't have a CD drive that could be a problem. The logger must be restarted every time you read it so you can't get short term readings out of it and have a long log at the same time.
Not a pro or con, the program allows you to set the logging frequency to times as short as 10 seconds. I almost can't imagine the sensor being able to register an air temperature change though it's case, in that short time.

Great results with zero setup
Have been collecting battery discharge data every 5-minutes for two weeks with no problems, no setup and great graphical results.

Poor Battery - Doesn't work in Freezer
The battery died within 48 hours of being in a -20 freezer. The device is advertised to work down to -35C. Not as described at all.

A fine addition to a Quality Engineer's toolbox
I needed a data logger to better understand the ambient conditions of in-process product, final product in storage and final product in transit to our customers. The OM-EL-USB fit the need perfectly.
And software is simple, effective and free.
Overall, an outstanding product. Thank you Omega.

Good Sensor/logger Package
Simple and easy to use software, but provides enough flexibility to allow for delay deployment, and high/low alarms. I have the temp and humidity version. Two currently installed in an outdoors environment, but semi-protected from direct rain and sunlight. Time will tell how they will hold up, but not really designed for using outdoors. So far, very happy.
