La série OMEGALAQTM Liquid LAQ utilise le même matériau que celui utilisé dans OMEGAMARKERTM en suspension de laque. La laque sert uniquement à faciliter le transport. OMEGALAQTM peut être dilué pour obtenir une consistance facile à travailler. La dilution d'OMEGALAQTM n'affecte pas sa précision. Commandez le DILUANT GREEN LABEL.

Pour l'utiliser, il suffit de le secouer ou de le remuer jusqu'à obtenir une consistance uniforme, puis d'en appliquer une fine couche sur la surface de travail avant de commencer le chauffage. Il sèche presque instantanément pour former une marque. Lorsque la température indiquée est atteinte lors du chauffage, cette marque se liquéfie rapidement. Une fois fondu, le revêtement OMEGALAQTM ne reprend pas son aspect opaque et terne d'origine, mais reste brillant et transparent, ce qui facilite son interprétation ultérieure.

How can I imagine the process exactly? Once the limit temperature is reached, the consistency changes? Is there also a color change or is the substance then only transparent as described in the data sheet?

Thank you for your inquiry Laserdrilling123. At the start, apply a thin smear to the working surface before heating begins. It dries almost instantly to a mark. When the stated temperature is reached on subsequent heating, this mark liquifies sharply. A melted OMEGALAQ™ coating does not revert to its original dull-opaque appearance but remains glossy transparent which makes subsequent interpretation a simple matter. There is no color change.

I need this product for a ultrfast laser drilling process with stainless steel, so that you only have a very short temperature rise and then it drops directly down to room temperature. Can this temperature still be identified?

Does this product work the same in an inert gas as it does in air? Does it work the same in a mild vacuum (~ 200 mTorr)? Will it outgas and form deposits in a vacuum chamber?
