L'enregistreur de données OM-EL-USB-1-PRO-A mesure et stocke jusqu'à 32 510 relevés de température dans une plage de -40 à 125 °C (-40 à 257 °F). Le boîtier en acier inoxydable 316 est résistant à la corrosion, aux chocs et à l'eau, conformément aux normes NEMA 4X (IP67). L'appareil est alimenté par une pile au lithium 2/3 AA qui permet d'enregistrer jusqu'à 3 ans de données. L'utilisateur peut facilement configurer l'enregistreur de données et télécharger les données stockées en branchant le module directement sur le port USB d'un PC et en exécutant le logiciel Windows facile à utiliser. Les paramètres de configuration sélectionnables par logiciel comprennent la fréquence d'enregistrement (1 sec, 10 sec, 1 min, 5 min, 30 min, 1 h, 6 h, 12 h), la date/heure de début et les unités de température souhaitées (°C ou °F). Excellent!
I bought a couple of these to monitor and log temperatures used for cleaning cheese shredder cleaning. They turned out to be useful in many other projects; such as, cheese ageing at different temperatures, a hydraulic cooling retrofit, and the design of a wash down system.

Works perfect. Does EXACTLY what I wanted it to do
I needed a thermometer recorder for my recently completed solar powered lumber dry kiln. This tool allows me to record up to 32,000+ readings before I reset or sooner if I so desire. My max temp of 165 degrees F is well within its operating range. So far after running 2 loads through my kiln is has done everything perfectly. The optional reads on my computer of the downloaded data give me all of the information that I need to make better choices about time in kiln for different wood species and much other data useful for my operation. The only drawback I experienced was it was not originally compatible with my new Windows 10 program. I am sure that is fixable through the company. I had another computer handy and it works perfectly. One of the best business purchases I've made concerning this whole process

Perfect Performance
I bought this data logger, have used others in the past. The ease of use, data generated, and easy use, make this a wonderfully perfect tool to validate our process and HACCP/PCFHF programs.
I have used other data loggers in the past and there is no comparison to the performance of the Omega OM-EL-USB-1-PRO-A.
I highly recommend it. It is also easy to clean and sanitize if direct food contact is necessary.

Great tool to have
We bought this not too sure about the quality and if it would work for what we needed it for. So far very happy with it and its a great tool to have. It took a little bit to get it figured out on the computer, but overall no bad.

How do I know the remaining memory of this probe?
Hello, thank you for your question. There is no option to monitor the status of the memory, so you would need to estimate the time based on the memory and sampling rate. The OM-EL-USB-1-PRO-A data logger measures and stores up to 32,510 temperature readings. For example, if you select 1 sample per min, then you can expect 22.5 days before reaching the full memory.

Can this product be introduced to a vacuum environment? Perhaps down below 100 mtorr?
Hello this unit is not recommended for vaccuum as it will out gas and damage the unit.

Is there a version of this suitable for temps up to 200 C?

Is This model submersible?
