Supported Applications

The Model GCK Gas Calibration Kit is designed to provide a reliable flow of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide for calibrating Dwyer® gas sensing transmitters. The kit supplies specific span gases and reference nitrogen required for the calibration process.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The series delivers an accuracy of ±2%. Gas concentrations are specified as 200 PPM CO/2000 PPM CO₂ for span gas, with a reference gas composition of 99.99% N². The flow regulator maintains a rate of 0.5 LPM.

Cylinder capacity is rated at 0.6 ft³ @ 70°F and 240 psig (17 L @ 21°C & 1654 KPAG). The pressure rating for the system is 240 psig (1654 KPAG).

Configuration Options

The Model GCK series is offered as a complete kit packaged for convenient transportation in a hard carrying case. Each unit includes the following components:

• A span gas cylinder containing 200 PPM carbon monoxide and 2000 PPM of carbon dioxide.
• A reference gas cylinder containing 99.99% nitrogen.
• A flow regulator set to 0.5 LPM.
• Connecting tubing.

The kit also includes a certificate of analysis and material safety data sheets for both gas cylinders. Availability is restricted; the product is available in North America only.
