Installation Notes
The series documentation specifies that power must be removed before wiring. When using shielded cable, the shield should be grounded only at the controller end to prevent ground loops. For 24 VAC operation, an isolated UL-listed class 2 transformer is recommended. If sharing power with inductive loads such as relays or solenoids, a Transient Voltage Suppressor (e.g., ACI Part: 142583) must be placed across the coil to prevent voltage spikes.
