poor customer support since merger
If you require a certificate of conformance, you may wish to look elsewhere. The company will not include this with the shipment and the new system does not work well to retrieve it on your own. There is no direct method of contacting support aside from calling or taking out a ticket, and it takes multiple days for a ticket to be responded to

Great next to furnace
Great for application next to high temperature. Used next to connection to high temp furnace were normal connectors we tried didn't hold up.
