La série DPG108 est une gamme polyvalente de manomètres/vacuomètres industriels. Tous les modèles DPG108 sont équipés d'un grand cadran de 10 mm (7/16") affichage numérique haute résolution. Un raccord en acier inoxydable 316 NPT 1/4;-18 est fourni en standard pour le raccordement à la pression. La compatibilité avec les fluides inclut tous les liquides et gaz compatibles avec l'acier inoxydable 316 et le NBR. La série DPG108 offre une large plage de températures de fonctionnement, de -20 à 70 °C (-4 à 160 °F). De nombreuses échelles de pression/dépression standard, avec 5 unités de pression sélectionnables, sont disponibles. La série offre une précision de 0,25 % FS.
Le DPG108 est alimenté par une pile 9 V standard qui permet à la jauge de fonctionner en continu pendant plus de 2 000 heures. Tous les modèles DPG108 sont équipés d'une fonction d'arrêt automatique réglable de 0 à 15 minutes afin de préserver la durée de vie de la pile. Un capot en silicone est fourni en standard pour offrir une protection IP-68. Le DPG108 est largement utilisé dans les secteurs de l'hydroélectricité, de l'eau, du pétrole, de la chimie, de la mécanique, de l'hydraulique et dans d'autres industries.

Economical calibration component
I purchased a DPG-108-100G gauge early 2022 to use for calibrating pressure switches that I use with controls in my hobby greenhouse. I had to partially slice the silicone boot to access the battery compartment door. This is not a problem as I only use this indoors for calibrations. 0.25% accuracy is sufficient for my applications. My only wish is that I could change the decimal point from xxx.x to xx.xx when using the PSIG scale.

Daily Use
We use these daily for checking pressure on a gas distribution system. For the price they are hard to beat. As long as you don't abuse it or let moisture and dirt into the transducer it holds up well.

Is there any risk of damage when applying vacuum (<0.1 bar abs) to a unit designed to read gauge pressure?
A small amount of vacuum in the range of -1 psi will not damage the unit, but higher vacuum pressure will affect the zero/span of the unit.

What is the resolution on the pressure readings?
Depending on the range the unit should have a resolution of 0.01 PSI

For gauge pressure models, is the accuracy +/- 0.25% of the reading or +/- 0.25% of full scale? The PDF manual implies the former, while the website write-up indicates the latter. Which is correct?

Is it water-resistant?
Yes it is. Although it isn't shown in the photo the gauge comes standard with a silicone rubber boot. Rating is indicated in the specifications as IP68

I am looking for battery installation instructions for DPG108-100G unit that I purchased a few weeks ago.
There is battery cover secured by a small screw on the back of the unit. You can't see it because there is a very tight fitting silicone rubber boot covering case of gauge. You'll have to pull it off to get to the battery compartment. Battery is a standard 9V alkaline battery.

Do these gauges come with a NIST traceable calibration certificate?

How exactly do you remove silicone boot
Thank you for your inquiry, the Silicon boot\O-ring is a press fit, you should be able to pull it open.
