Supported Applications
The ACI Balco Bullet Probe is a temperature sensor designed for use with electronic controllers in commercial heating and cooling building management systems. The bullet style sensor monitors air temperatures and should not be fully submerged in water.

Operating Conditions & Performance
The series operates within a process temperature range of -40 to 121°C (-40 to 250°F) and an ambient humidity range of 10 to 95% RH, non-condensing. The storage temperature range is specified as -40 to 85°C (-40 to 185°F). Performance characteristics for the Balco RTD sensor include:
- Sensor Output: 1000 Ohms nominal at 70°F (21.1°C)
- Accuracy: +/- 1% at 70°F (21.1°C)
- Response Time (63% Step Change): 8 Seconds nominal
- Sensor Stability: +/− 0.05% after 1000 Hours @ 150°C (302°F)

Configuration Options
The ACI Balco Bullet Probe features a one-inch stainless steel probe with two, non-polarity sensitive wires. The sensor is manufactured using a double encapsulation process to eliminate moisture effects and increase thermal response times.

- A/BALCO-BP-10'CL2P: Features 10 ft (3.05m), 2 Conductor Plenum Rated Cable.
- A/BALCO-BP-20'CL2P*: Features 20 ft (6.10m), 2 Conductor Plenum Rated Cable; this length is not CE Compliant.
