Can these be mounted into high pressure (3000-5000 psi) vessels?
Thank you for your inquiry. These heaters are not pressure rated.

Will these 240v heaters run on 208v and if so will the amperage increase?
Yes you can supply these Heaters with 208 VAC and your Amperage will actually go down as the Resistance is constant.
