Thank you for your inquiry. The Steinhart-Hart Equation for this sensor is:
1/T=A+B ln(R)+C[ln(R) ]^2+D[ln(R) ]^3
Where T is temperature in Kelvin,
A = 7.4450E-4
B = 3.4717E-4
C = -1.0790E-5
D = 4.1845E-7
