The DwyerOmega Series TCS is a rugged, dual-alarm thermocouple temp switch designed to provide reliable temperature monitoring and control, especially for demanding environments like food service and industrial automation. With selectable Type J or K thermocouple inputs and a wide measuring range, it delivers accurate control over both heating and cooling systems.

Equipped with two independent alarm set points and an internal buzzer, the TCS lets you quickly respond to out-of-range or fault conditions — whether it’s overheating, unexpected cool-downs, or probe errors. Its user-friendly design includes a three-digit red LED display, plus/minus sign indicator, and non-volatile memory to retain settings even after power loss.

Available in multiple power options (115 or 230 VAC, or low voltage AC/DC models) and with AC or DC supply variants, this thermocouple temp switch can fit into many electrical systems. The SPDT relay output is rated for 16 A @ 240 VAC resistive, making it suitable for controlling heating/cooling loads directly.

Constructed with a protective IP64 front panel, the TCS is built to endure splashes and dusty conditions without sacrificing visibility or performance. Backed by the DwyerOmega tradition of durability, support, and compliance (CE, cURus), the Series TCS switch is a dependable solution when safety, response speed, and precision are essential.
