The wire I purchase here is the best I have found. I have tried other places but their wire is cheap. Omega’s wire is sturdy and made well.

Good product, reliable consistency
The small gauge wire is a bit difficult to work with, but makes for a nice clean thermocouple junction. The sensors created with this wire - 6 total - had consistent temperature readings among themselves (+/- 0.3C).
