The guy who wrote the other review on here is clueless. There is no "connector plate" missing. The picture is exactly how they are suppose to be, and is exactly what you will get.

works well. if the cable has the ss outer shielding it may be a little difficult getting it in the connector just right. there may be another product better suited for that but its no big deal.
