Frustrated that probe does not come with connector
This probe came two days ago and could not be used with the Omega RDXL6SD temperature recorder since it did not have the required stereo (3-pole) connector described in the information sheet. Technical confirmed that Omega does not have the connector available. I will have to go to Radio Shack to get one. Cannot recommend until usable probes are available from Omega

What is the maximum diameter of the PR-16-2-100-1/16-6-E assembly. I have a very narrow opening to fit an RTD through. Looking at the image, it appears that the widest part of the RTD is at the lead end of the probe sheath.
Asked by: Larry M
Thank you for your inquiry. The maximum diameter of the probe 1/16" and the diameter of the junction is 1/4"
