The CNI-CB120 Series is a self-contained temperature/process control panel that provides a complete SSR power control system design, eliminating the need to select, collect and assemble separate components. The preconfigured panels are ready to install, requiring only supply power, load and sensor hook-up. They are equipped with an OMEGAâ„¢ iSeries microprocessor-based controller with on/off, PID and ramp/soak capabilities along with a tri-color display. These control panels are supplied with a thermocouple input jack and M12 female connector for RTD or process inputs.

Blends well with my design
I operate a press with this control. I only wish there were more than one input.

Not safe, poorly engineered.
Looking at the documentation and diagrams, this unit has no 3rd party approvals, and I see why. The documentation says it has devices rated 20amps in the manual, yet the rated output for the 120V version is 25 amps. Looking at wiring diagrams, control circuit fusing is in the wrong location, and incorrect style of fuses are used. Either someone needs to review and update the documentation, or the units need to be redesigned by someone who knows control panels.

Can this be ordered for a 20 A 250 V connector (NEMA 6-20) 3000 W, 20A oven application?
Thank you for your inquiry. We do not perform modifications on this particular line and would not be able to accommodate this request.
Standard is 20 Amp, 2400 W, 240 VAC. Thank you.

The id is always error, how can i find the id number? Or can i reset the id? Part Number: CNI-CB120-K. Thank you!
ID error means wrong password is entered. The "universal" password value is "5709" so this will unlock even if you have forgotten the password that was put in.

Hello can the controller be interfaced (r/w) by a third party software via Modbus TCP/IP connection? The third party software would act as the HMI for the operator and wondering if the product allows for this?
Hi SauK,
Thank you for the inquiry. This may be possible. Please refer the the iServer communication manual for the EIT interface protocol and commands the 3rd party software would need to follow.

When I request for return, I was asked serial number, but I can only get the Part No. How to get the serial number? Is that necessary?
Thank you for your inquiry. Not all of our products have serial numbers. Referencing your Omega Order Number should be more than adequate for a Customer Care Rep to issue you an RMA without a serial number.
