Diameter is wrong
The probe works great, however the tolerance for the diameter is too wide. I ordered 1/16" probe, but it does not fit into 1/16" lumen. I measured the diameter of the probe with a digital caliper and the diameter was 1.64mm instead of 1.59mm (1/16")

Bought one and bought another. The braided wire allows for easy probe placement and lets you put the thermometer down while monitoring.

We've been using Omega TCs for years and they are the only ones I will use. This product is no exception. I've had others in place for years constantly subject to high temps, and they do not waver.
