Good thermocouple
Good product. Make sure you order this very far in advance of when you need it. And don't bother paying for fast shipping, I ordered with 3 day shipping and it took over a month to arrive.

make sure you know what you are getting
This is two separate spools of TC wire that need to be welded togeather to make a thermocouple. This is not a bare thermocouple that just needs insulation and connection to a barrier strip or connector.

Is 32 awg type B wire suitable for temperatures at 1500°C + or - 50°C continuously? If not what is the minimum wire gauge you would recommend for that temperature range?
Omega sells .032" diameter which is 20 AWG which would be good to 1700C as well as 24 AWG. Type B is good for the high temperatures but the -50C could be problematic because many instruments do not actually start reading until the Thermocouple sees several hundred degrees.

The price above shows $56.49 for each of SP30R-020. Please clarify if this price is per roll or per inch? If it is per roll, what will be the length of the roll.
That price would be per inch. As stated in the Data Sheet in fine print: "Ordering unit of measure is double inch. A double inch is 25 mm (1") of positive and 25 mm (1") of matching negative wire."
