Rated 3 out of 5 by al4700 from Misleading description regarding software The webpage indicates that this includes software and a manual. The "quick start" sheet (see picture) that comes with it says there's a manual and a software disk. Customer service indicated the software is a download (yeah, I know), but they would check and get back to me. Never heard from them again. Not all of our lab computers have internet access. Yes, I know how to transfer the files, but the promised disk that I thought I was paying for would have been appreciated. I did get a one sheet "quick-start" instruction, but definitely nothing I would call a "manual". Web page and included minimal documentation should be corrected to not indicated "included" software and manual.

Gives us the flexibility to perform testing remotely instead of having to check the measurements on-site. The accompanied software is intuitive, easy to use, and allows easy export of data.
