Product Overview
The Series 190 and 195 Displacer Level Controls provide reliable and durable liquid level monitoring for demanding industrial applications. Built with a rugged displacer design, these controls operate dependably in dirty, viscous, or turbulent liquids where floats or sensors may fail. With the ability to function in liquids with specific gravities as low as 0.5, the Series 190/195 offers broad compatibility across chemical, refining, power generation, and water treatment processes. These controls can be configured for single- or two-stage operation, making them ideal for applications such as high/low level alarms, pump control, and shutdown protection. For added safety and flexibility, models are available with hermetically sealed snap switches or mercury switches, housed in weatherproof or explosion-proof enclosures to meet site requirements. Durable materials such as porcelain or 316 stainless steel displacers further extend service life in challenging environments, ensuring dependable performance and reduced maintenance.
