What tools are needed to cut and work on these wires? Will the insulation powder stay in the wire after the cut?

Thank you for your inquiry. We offer a special stripping tool. Please see https://www.dwyeromega.com/en-us/thermocouple-wire-stripper-for-omegaclad-wire/p/PST-CLAD-STRIP The insulation material is compressed and will remain in the wire.
