The IF-IOL Series IO-Link Converter provides a reliable and efficient way to integrate analog signals into modern digital control systems. Designed to convert standard 4–20 mA current or 0–10 V voltage inputs into IO-Link process data, this compact device makes it easy to connect legacy analog sensors to IO-Link masters without additional hardware or complex wiring. Its rugged over-molded construction meets IP65, IP67, and IP68 environmental ratings, ensuring dependable performance in demanding industrial environments where dust, moisture, and vibration are present.
Engineered for simple in-line installation, the IF-IOL Series features integral M12 Euro-style quick-disconnect connectors that allow the converter to be mounted directly onto a sensor or placed anywhere in the signal loop. With high-resolution 13-/14-bit accuracy and ±0.5% measurement precision, it delivers dependable and consistent signal conversion, critical for process monitoring and control.
For ease of operation, the converter includes clear LED status indicators for power, IO-Link communication, and analog signal activity, helping operators quickly confirm system performance at a glance. It also meets IEC vibration and mechanical shock requirements, making it suitable for harsh manufacturing, automation, and outdoor applications. For further instructions on operation, visit DwyerOmega's product overview video.
The IF-IOL Series is available in two models: the IF-IOL-001 for current signals (4–20 mA) and the IF-IOL-002 for voltage signals (0–10 V), giving engineers flexibility to match their application needs. With a wide operating temperature range of –40 °C to +70 °C and robust protection against reverse polarity and transient voltages, the IF-IOL Series is built to deliver long-lasting performance in industrial automation systems.
