The HPS family of thermocouple probes feature a high impact easy to grip plastic handle. The probes also include a retractable color coded cable which stretches from a coiled length of one foot to five feet. Made from special limits of error material, these probes provide maximum accuracy.

Short life
Probes have have a very short life.We find ourselves replacing them frequently.
