Perfect high temp thermocouple my normal temp range is around 2200F which will destroy cheap thermocouples.

Best Woodfire probe

Truly a Rugged Thermocouple
Truly a rugged thermocouple. Our testing unit puts these probes through some extreme heat and harsh conditions with exposure to the process. They have not let me down yet!
