Limits on a good multimeter
Does not measure resistance above 200K ohms. Lowest ohm scale is 2000 ohms, so measuring resistance below 10 ohms is not reliable

Can i use my "HHM-59 IT" Insulation Tester, with the HHM-598 Clamp-on DMM?
There would be no reason to use the 2 meters together. The insulation tester function is designed as a stand alone measurement.
