Missing parts
This company missed up and not organized. Ordered the equipment but didn’t received complete parts and missing all the necessary parts. Temperature and pressure sensors also they didn’t even delivered any manual which is so frustrating

Not Robust
We purchased five of these units to monitor room pressure. However, after just a few short weeks, three of these units failed. They would display pressure ranges far outside the pressure ranges they were selected for. After completing the RMA process, it was determined that some chips were burned up on the board citing over voltage. This has been determined impossible on our end as the power supplies are rated for and verified at 24.5 volts DC. Despite this, Dwyer does not recognize that there is a possible internal issue with these devices given how new they are (our serial numbers were in the 300s). Would be nice to have internal protection given the price of these devices.
