I couldn't find the DC voltage rating for it. Could you please provide that?

Asked by: Salman
Thank you for your inquiry! All of the standard coils will be 10 watt coils. The maximum pressure vs. coil type can be seen on page two of the data sheet on the product page. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us at flow@omega.com.

Can this be mounted in the open on the exterior of a building, or does it need to be mounted inside an enclosure? What is the exterior exposure rating?

Asked by: hockeytown
The SVH-120 Series solenoid valves do not have any IP or NEMA environmental ratings. They should not be used outdoors.

Can the valves seal against the full rated pressure in the reverse direction when closed; or will the valve be forced open? If it will open, what would the approximate cracking pressure be (can be stated as a % of the rated pressure).

Asked by: JoeP1
Thank you for your inquiry! These valves are not designed to have greater pressure on the outlet side and will not prevent flow in the reverse direction. Unfortunately, we do not have a specified value for cracking pressure as this condition should not occur in normal operation.
