How do you access the jumpers for current input on a CN8200

Hi KarenCT, Thank you for the inquiry. Manual pg 19 illustrates jumper positions. https://assets.omega.com/manuals/M2942.pdf To access the jumpers the outer shell will need to be removed. Clear the terminal blocks, press in at detents, and slide the shell towards the back. Best regards, OMEGA

Do you have software that supports Windows 7/10?

Microsoft offers the "Windows XP Mode" emulator you can download and install from Microsoft.com. This will allow you to install and run the product software. There is no software update available for this product.

After downloading this software onto Windows XP, it requires a User ID and password to log onto Multi-Comm. What User ID and password should we use?

If you do not support the current Windows OS, can you help with Matlab or Labview codes that connect to the controller based on RS232 communication?
