Very happy with this controller.
I purchased 2 units to run PID heater control on a system that is conveying hot organic rich gas stream. I had problems with the controller overshooting the 250F setpoint by a lot when first turning on and getting up to setpoint and the sections being heated with heat tape would get too hot. I called them and we adjusted the "D" setting down by half and now the controller stops applying voltage way before setpoint and then eases right to the setpoint perfectly. This controller has other more advanced features that I do not need but are there.
