Supported Applications

The Series CSE-KN Carbon Steel Enclosures are spot-welded, wall-mounted units designed to house electrical controls, instruments, and components in general purpose areas. These enclosures feature knockouts that allow cords to pass easily into the unit.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The Series CSE-KN is constructed from carbon steel with a NEMA 1 enclosure rating. The series meets the technical requirements of EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS II) and carries CSA, cULus approvals.

Configuration Options

The Series CSE-KN is available in multiple sizes defined by height, width, and depth. Each enclosure model corresponds to a specific mounting strap model based on the unit's width.

Model Number Guide

The model number format is CSE-KN-<HEIGHT>-<WIDTH>-<DEPTH>. For example, the 18x16x6 unit is designated as CSE-KN-181606. The corresponding mounting strap follows the format A-CSE-1M-<WIDTH>, such as A-CSE-1M-16 for a width of 16 inches.
