Configuration Options
The FCH-FGC1 series offers configurable heater input voltages of 12 or 24 AC/DC or 115/230 Vac. Fan operation is supported on 12 DC, 12 AC, or 24 AC/DC inputs. The design allows the heater to be controlled independently of the fan, enabling a 'fan-only' mode for air circulation.
Physical dimensions maintain a consistent cross-section of 42 x 42 mm (1.7 x 1.7 in) across all models. Overall length varies by power rating:
- 60W and 150W/230W variants: Lengths range from 72/77 mm (2.8/3 in) to 122 mm (4.8 in).
All units include a 600 mm (24") lead with DIN connector and an outlet finger guard for high voltage supply protection where applicable.

What's the BTU output for the 12v 60w unit please?

How is it mounted? Would it work in a campervan?
The FCH-FGC10022R is a compact fan heater for small enclosures. Typical application is to heat a small electrical enclosure to keep components from dropping below their operating temperature range. What is the surface temperature of the unit? Is it touch safe?
The heater can go up to 158F for the outlet temperature but it is highly unlikely the case would be anywhere near that value. The heater will get warm on the out side and probably safe to touch but caution should be exercised.

How does this unit mount? I've got an enclosure being made for a Robot Tool with a camera that will need heat. The insides of the enclosure are already very close to the outer dimensions of this unit and I'd like to know how it mounts to be sure it fits

What is the sound level produced (i.e. db level) by a typical 100WATT heater/fan?
Unfortunately there is no readily available data on the sound level of the Heaters. You can send a request to heaters@omega.com and see if that can be researched.

Is there a way to control the heating output of this unit? Can I change voltage input for heat control?
