The Series 160F measures air or gas stream flow velocity within a range of 0 to 9000 FPM (45 M/s) with an accuracy of ±2% FS. The instrument is rated for process temperatures up to 1500°F (815°C). Wetted materials consist of corrosion-resistant 304 SS, and the probe features a diameter of 1/4" [6.35].

For optimal performance, installation requires a duct diameter of 4" or larger with readings taken in a smooth, straight section minimum 10-15 duct diameters upstream and 5 diameters downstream from the pitot tube. The static pressure port is parallel to the sensing tube to allow quick alignment with airflow.
