Supported Applications

The Dwyer Series A-3000 Quick Connect Pneumatic Fittings are designed for air service only, with no other gases or liquids supported. These fittings feature quick-connect couplings intended to facilitate easy assembly and disassembly in pneumatic systems.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The series operates within a pressure range of -29.5 in Hg (-750 mm Hg) to 150 psi (10.3 bar). The specified temperature limits are 32 to 140°F (0 to 60°C). Wetted materials for the standard fittings include polyurethane, polyethylene, and nylon; A-3021 models utilize nickel-plated brass.

Configuration Options

The Series A-3000 offers a broad range of configurations to accommodate various pneumatic routing needs. The series supports the following connection types:

Straight Fittings (A-3025): Quick coupling straight connections.
90-Degree Elbows (A-3026): Right-angle quick couplings.
3-Way and 4-Way Manifolds: Includes A-3027 (3-way) and A-3028 (4-way) configurations for branching lines.
Adapters to NPT Threads: Models such as A-3021, A-3022, A-3029, A-3030 provide transitions between quick-connect couplings and National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads in straight or 90-degree orientations.

Coupling sizes are available in various outer diameters (O.D.), including combinations of 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", and 3/8". Metric sizes require contacting the factory directly. Unit weights range from 0.4 oz (11 g) to 0.7 oz (19 g).

A-3023, A-3024: Multi-port adapters combining multiple quick-connect ports with one NPT threaded connection.
