Good thermocouples
Thesd TCs worked out well for us, and stood up to some abuse from a torch when brazing them in place. The best feature is that one leg was chromel and the other was alumel.

Hi, Please i'm searching for K or T thermocouple probes for low temperatures going to -35 °C. in all the products the range temperature starts from 0 °C.
Thanks for your question. These thermocouple probes can read and reach temperatures down to -454 C. The temperature range displayed on the product page is just the temperature range that the probes are tested at. This probe will work for your application.

TJC120-CPSS-062U-3 can the upper portion of this probe be bent without damaging i? Thanks, ED~
Please contact us so we can further advise based on the application that you require. The bending depends on what you mean by the “upper portion of the probe”. The Transition joint (TJC) portion can Not be bent. The 0.062 diameter part of the probe can be bent depending upon the bend radius desired, its very carefully done. These fine gauge probes are very fragile and cannot be bent with small radii.

Out of all these thermocouples, which ones have better accuracy (tolerance)? I was told that some have tolerance ±2 °F or 0.4% whichever is higher (for example, ±2 °F at 25 °C), some have tolerance ±4 °F or 0.7% whichever is higher (e.g. ±4 °F at 25 °C)
Type T has the highest accuracy, +/- 0.5C or 0.4% whichever is greater (+/- 1F or0.4%)

for the these thermocouple probes with immersion, can i isolate a part of it and let just a little part non isolated for the measurement. Does this procedure affect the accuracy and the calibration or i should immerge all the probe to get good results.
Thank you for your inquiry! Generally, the sensor on temperature probes is located within one inch or half inch from the probe's tip. The tip must be immersed within the substance for accurate measurements. For the most accurate measurements, please attempt to dip the probe as far as possible.

Could these probes be bent for example with a 90°C angle or less without being damaged? thanks
Hi, please follow these 3 rules to determine the bending radius of the probe.
1) The minimum bend RADIUS should be no less than 3 times the diameter of the probe being bent
2) The arch of the bend should be at least 2 inches away from the termination of the probe (i.e. Connector or Barrel of the TJ Probe)
3) The arch of the bend should be at least 2 inches away from the TIP of the probe
As long as these rules are followed, the probe could be bent.

What is the response time of model tjc36-cass-010e-6-smpw-m thermocouple with the exposed hot end?
Thank you for your inquiry. We do not offer a specific response time for our temperature sensors due to environmental conditions and dimensions affecting the response time. Please review the following link with all the information we can provide for response time: https://www.omega.co.uk/temperature/z/thermocoupleresponsetime.html
