The RH650 reads a multitude of important humidity and moisture values including ambient temperature (°C or °F), relative humidity (RH), absolute humidity (in mg/L org/m3), GPP (mixing ratio in grains per pound or g/kg), relative moisture level using pin-less sensor, absolute moisture level using included pin-type probe, dew point, atmospheric pressure and vapor pressure.

Just What I Needed
Great device. Very Responsive. I was able to take 45 temp, humidity and DEW readings in 30 min. Replication was very accurate.

Can I use this device to measure the moisture on a mash product? Like ground grain?

Thank you for the inquiry. Using the external mode with pins materials such as soils or powders, the meter readings will reflect average moisture level near the surface. You may need deeper penetration provided by a grain moisture probe.
