Nobody informed us at time of purchase, and we were charge for rush shipping to a customer that was unhappy with the delay.

I ordered a "Quick Disconnect Thermocouples with Miniature Connectors", part KMQSS-125U-12. Title says "Miniature Connectors", what I received was probe with standard connectors. Third time I've ordered this part, first two times got miniature connector, this time a standard connector. Called twice, emailed twice, sent two photos. No replacement, no refund. Not sure how to order next time to ensure I get the right part configured correctly.
