does this work with water?
Hello Paul,
That depends on your particular application and flow of water. This unit is IP65 rated which means it's "dust tight" and protected against water projected from a nozzle.

Is this unit rated for fuel gas (i.e. propane or natural gas)?
Absolutely not. These converters are design for use in pneumatic(air) control systems only.
