They're very adaptable
I bought these because we ran out of them. They seem to be adapters, and do a good job of converting my OST thermocouples to the SMP adapters that fit my thermocouples. I haven't actually used them yet (and probably won't until next fall), so I'm giving them 3 stars on everything.
